5 MAR 2022 – BEING A REFLECTIVE EDUCATOR
Dr Ho Boon Tiong, Assistant Education Secretary of the Methodist Church in Singapore, shared with us his thoughts on how we can be a Reflective Educator. Reflection is not a luxury; but a necessity. Dr Ho taught us the 4 modes of reflection: Reflection-to-action; Reflection-in-action; Reflection-on-action; & Reflection-for-action. In reflection, he challenged everyone, “when was the last time we intentionally did something for the first time?”
