Here in Kingdomgarten Preschool Services (KPS), we believe that our preschool leaders are drivers of organisational change. They need to have well-honed skill sets, knowledge, leadership qualities and spiritual faith in order to lead their centre.

What is Leadership Circle?

Leadership Circle is a specially-designed leadership development programme by KPS, that aims to equip our Centre Leaders in their skill sets, knowledge, leadership qualities and spiritual faith, as well as identify and hone their God-given talents to lead their centre and people well.

Leadership Circle comprise regular leadership engagement sessions per year (monthly/ bi-monthly), each led by pertinent subject matter expert(s) or trainer(s). It is also a network of support and a learning group for the centre leaders in our Kingdomgarten Group of Preschools, where our leaders can try out new ideas, share best practices and bless one another.

Session #01 - Excuse Me, Are You a Leader?

11 November 2020 marks the inaugural session of the Leadership Circle, where our centre leaders gathered together over Zoom to have conversation about leadership as well as support one another.

The topic was on - Excuse Me, Are You a Leader? We had a great time together and leaders shared their thoughts and struggles on being a leader, and the sharing helped to encourage one another. Praise God!

Thank you KPS for organising this great monthly get-together for us to share, learn and aspire - all for the glory of God. Leadership Circle is indeed a place where we know we are never alone in doing His heart work!
— Mrs Moira Fonseca, Evangel Kindergarten
Thank you for the session. It was short but very focus. We know that we have a great God and we are going through these difficult times together with all in Christ. We can make a difference.
— Mrs Magdaline Kang, Centre of New Life Kindergarten
The Leadership Circle session was fruitful. Such reflections are much needed to keep us going, knowing that we are not alone but are supported by like-minded people in the race. I enjoyed the breakout sessions too. It’s a time for everyone to get to know one another.
— Ms Karen, Bethel Day Care Centre and Bethel Preschool

We enjoyed the great fellowship! Thank you all!
