Nurturing Inclusiveness, More Blessed to Give than to Receive

This Christmas in the midst of the pandemic, make it special. 5 year olds Emma and Marco unfailingly read a book each day while the rest of the class continues with their reading session, oblivious to the pair that enjoy their own story telling session. Marco is high functioning with additional help needed to optimize his learning. “I just want him to learn more. It is hard for him to sit still. But I tell him gently and he listens to me so the reading session is enjoyable,” says Emma.

Check out how little Emma and Marco is giving and showing kindness and empathy to one another.

INVESTING FOR ETERNITY

In Singapore, this solid foundation of faith and loving kindness is increasingly a rarity with more than 50% of Christian preschools closed in the last eight years.

Christian preschools offer more than just equipping the very young with cognitive and creative skills. It aims also to build strong Christian values in the minds and hearts of the young. Kingdomgarten Preschool Services (“KPS”) a not-for-profit organisation, aims to provide leadership, best practices, training and support for Christian preschools so that they can nurture minds, touch hearts and transform lives through the sharing of God’s truth and love.

KPS targets to support 100 Christian preschools and 5000 preschool children to support them with curriculum development, training for their principals and teachers and help them to improve their services, so that Christian preschools can continue to exist to nurture young children with good values.

As we celebrate Christmas, we appeal for your kindness and support through a LOVE GIFT so that we can continue to nurture the next generation of caring children for eternity.
